Hey dolls! Im a shopaholic on an extreme budget. So a new trend is midi skirts and crop tops. Also being matching your top to your bottoms is also a trend. I was shopping in Rue 21 and put this together. The skirt is actually $14.99 and buy one get one half off. The crop tops were also on sale for $5. A whole outfit for $20! I've been looking for an outfit like this for some time. I've online shopped for one but I kept finding it for $50+! This was my best bet.
